SPHT maintains and manages landowner up-to-date information on land titles, landowners' static information, yearly billing transactions and payment transactions. The main purpose of the SPHT is to produce a yearly Quit-Rent billing.
The landowner's information is made available in terms of online inquiries and reports. The SPHT information data is also accessible through the online integration with Revenue Collection System and interface to Web/ Internet. SPHT Modules include:
